Green Light Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Facilitator for Bury St Edmunds, delivering outdoor, nature-based learner experiences alongside our wellbeing and tutor teams. You will help participants engage, build confidence and achieve personal goals in a supportive setting.

You will manage records using Beacon CRM, support partners, and remain calm in varied weather while guiding individuals through challenging moments toward independence.
