The Company Christie's, the world's largest Art Business, is an incredibly exciting & enriching place to start or continue your career. Whether you work within one of our Specialist Art Departments, or in one of our more Operational teams, we are all working together with one common goal in mind: to continue the success of this 250 year old company, steeped in history, bringing fresh ideas whilst not forgetting our shared values; Integrity, Excellence, Innovation, Responsibility & Relationships. Colleagues across all departments are truly passionate about what they do and it is inspiring to work with industry leaders across our business. Why This Role Matters Technology currently engages more than 250 suppliers supporting critical business operations and strategic technology initiatives. The Senior Vendor Management Analyst plays a key role in ensuring suppliers deliver value, meet contractual obligations, and support the successful delivery of Christie's technology strategy. This includes overseeing supplier governance, financial analysis, contract compliance, and operational performance across a diverse supplier portfolio. The role is responsible for analysing and managing Technology capital expenditure, including oversight of more than 15,000 supplier invoices annually. Through detailed financial analysis and supplier performance management, the role identifies cost-saving opportunities, challenges expenditure where appropriate, and helps optimise the return on technology investments. As a senior member of the Vendor Management function, the role acts as a trusted partner to Technology, Finance, Procurement and vendor stakeholders, providing commercial insight and governance support across major technology programmes and operational services. The position is critical in supporting a fast-paced Technology organisation undergoing significant business and technology transformation. The role leads supplier onboarding activities, supports contract and Statement of Work management, coordinates due diligence and governance processes, and ensures suppliers meet Christie's operational, commercial and compliance requirements.
