Head of Database Platform & Reliability

MRJ Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Database Administrator to own the strategy, reliability and evolution of our database estate. This leadership role combines hands-on architecture, performance tuning, automation and governance to support millions of customers worldwide.

You will lead the DBA team, set standards with Engineering, DevOps and Platform groups, and drive continuous improvements across replication, security and CI/CD powered by IaC tools.
