Application Support Engineer - SQL - 25K

Our client is a profitable and rapidly expanding software house that provides full training on its software. The role involves providing first and second line support for software and database issues, including SQL Server support and troubleshooting for financial and manufacturing enterprise systems.

• Previous experience in an Application Software Support or Customer Support role
• Experience in call logging and handling 1st/2nd line Software Support issues
• Experience in an environment such as Enterprise, Financial or Accounting software
• Understanding of databases, preferably SQL Server
• Basic understanding of programming
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
