Responsibilities
- Support software release into high availability areas
- Embrace automation / DevOps for software release
- Background in configuration or application support
- Experience in coding or scripting - C#, Python, SQL, Powershell
- Create builds; deploy code; configure systems; create automated scripts
- Change control and develop release and change processes and application support
Qualifications
- IT infrastructure / application support / software support of desktop or web applications
- Understanding of designing, optimising, maintaining or improving software build and deployment pipelines (e.g., MSBuild, Bamboo, Jenkins, Selenium, PowerShell, Redgate)
- Experience automating tasks with PowerShell or other scripting languages
- Understanding of modern software development technologies, practices & environments
- T SQL knowledge
- IIS experience
- Network & infrastructure knowledge
