We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our busy Software Support team. Full training on the client's software will be provided. Working hours are 9 6, Monday Friday. Modern office with free parking.

• Provide first and second line support for application software.
• Log calls and handle 2nd/3rd line software support issues.
• Support client facing services in a financial or accounting software environment (not mandatory).
• Understand and manage databases, preferably SQL Server.
• Assist with basic programming tasks.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
