An international company is seeking a Senior Software Tester to join their software development team. The role involves developing and improving testing procedures and methods, utilizing both manual and automated testing methodologies (automation experience is a plus). The tester will work closely with software engineers to ensure the highest standard of software quality through systematic testing of enhancements and bug fixes at the earliest stage of the development process.

• Define the testing approach.
• Modify test cases.
• Execute test scripts.
• Gather, report, and monitor test metrics and defect analysis.
• Perform regression and performance testing.
• Collaborate with software engineers to identify and resolve issues early.

• Senior Software Tester experience.
• ISTQB or ISEB qualified.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to work as the first tester in a company.
• Previous automated testing experience is a plus.

• Salary £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
