Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project test team's activities.
- Work closely with test colleagues, development managers, stakeholders, business analysts and project managers.
- Ensure the standard of testing is modern and up to speed.
- Act as a key influencer and advisor for all things software testing.
- Remain hands on, performing manual testing on projects.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with manual software testing tools and SDLC.
- Experience leading/managing projects or test teams.
- ISTQB or ISEB qualified.
- Experience supporting test managers or lead testers is highly desirable.
