An international company is looking to recruit a new Senior Software Tester to join their software development team. The role involves developing and improving current testing procedures and methods, utilizing both manual and automated testing methodologies.

• Develop and improve testing procedures and methods.
• Utilize manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Work closely with software engineers to ensure the highest standard of software quality through systematic testing of enhancements and bug fixes at the earliest possible stage.
• Define testing approach.
• Modify test cases.
• Execute test scripts.
• Gather, report and monitor test metrics and defect analysis.
• Conduct regression and performance testing.

• ISTQB or ISEB qualified.
• Experience as a Senior Software Tester.
• Proficiency in manual testing.
• Experience in automated testing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum with pension, 25 days holidays and bonus.

Cross training into automation available.
