We are seeking a skilled Software Support Analyst to join our award-winning software house. The role requires proficiency in software support, development, and release processes. This is a cross disciplinary position requiring experience in bug fixing, maintenance development, and IT support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Programming/coding and bug fixing in C#, Java, C, C++, VB.NET, etc.
• Supporting and automating across Windows or Unix environments.
• Managing infrastructure or IT support tasks.
• Deploying software changes.
• Using configuration tools such as Microsoft SCCM.
