International Software House is looking for a mid-level Business Analyst (competency level of 2 years) with experience of requirements gathering and documentation. The successful Business Analyst will work for a market leader with an impressive history and more exciting future. The Business Analyst will be working on the development of cutting edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP) for multi billion dollar company.

Working as a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building key relationships between business functions and ensuring that technology requirements are identified and met. The role includes the delivery of activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis or specification or user-acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.

Any recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB, or BCS will be highly advantageous as will knowledge of the Agile methodology. They also offer some flexi-working. This role will also suit someone who does a lot of business analysis activities in their role such as an Implementation Consultant or Product Support looking to move into Business Analysis.

Salary & Benefits: up to £30,000 - £35,000 + 25 days holiday. Role is based in East Midlands area, easily commutable from Derby, Chesterfield, and Nottingham. Accessible by public transport, free parking. Close to amenities, shopping, restaurants, pubs, etc.
