IT Manager - ERP - SQL

Responsibilities
- Provide first line support for all internal staff on Windows, Linux, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage and maintain ERP systems including SAGE, Epicor, Navision, Vintner, and SQL Server.
- Oversee relationships with third party IT service suppliers and ensure service delivery meets internal needs.
- Conduct 1st line support for ERP users and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain and update the company website.
- Create and run reports using SQL, PowerBI or Business Objects (advantageous).
- Execute BAU tasks and participate in migration and upgrade projects for ERP infrastructure.
- Collaborate with senior management to contribute to the IT strategy that aligns with the business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience managing ERP systems: SAGE, Epicor, Navision, Vintner.
- Proficiency with SQL Server and ability to develop SQL queries and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
- Previous experience working with third party IT service suppliers.
- Confidence in working independently as the sole IT engineer.
- Commercial awareness and ability to liaise with senior management.
- Knowledge of PowerBI or Business Objects is advantageous.
Benefits
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus bonus; 25 days holiday; pension scheme.
Office located in London, easily accessible by Tube and train.
