Client: A global software house with a history of over 30 years, serving around 25,000 users worldwide. The organization is financially stable, invests in new products, retains staff well, and operates from a purpose built office with parking and a smart casual dress code. The office is commutable from Nottingham, Derby and Leicester.

As the sole IT Systems Administrator, your key responsibility is to provide support, development and administration of all network and infrastructure systems. You will have overall technical management responsibility, handle project delivery, IT purchasing, and contract renewals. The role demands an operational and project capacity, strong communication, organisation, and the ability to work without close supervision.

MS Windows XP/7, Server 2008/2012, MS Exchange 2010, VMware/Hyper V, SQL Server.

Prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. If unsure, research, learn, and make it happen. Confidence is key; you will report directly to the Director and manage the estate independently.

Salary: K, 25 days holiday, pension, annual pay reviews and training.
