Software Development Manager role to manage a Microsoft development team, both in house developers (ASP.Net, C#, MVC) and an offshore team. Oversee a team of developers and testers while providing hands on coding for 10-20 % of the time.

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 developers and testers across UK/European offices.
• Conduct appraisals, salary reviews, training and hiring from day one.
• Write and maintain ASP.Net/C#/MVC code.
• Ensure effective systems integration testing and promote automation testing.
• Communicate progress to Head of IT and present reports.
• Manage project timelines, resources and deliverables in a dynamic environment.

• WEB Applications, ASP.Net, C#, MVC, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript.
