About the RoleAs an Apprenticeship Administrator, you will work within the Compliance, Data & Funding Team; a team who are continuously improving the current administration systems and proactively supporting the Apprenticeship Services Team in the development of our growing apprenticeship programme.
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Data & Funding Manager, this post will have particular focus providing accurate data management, including inputting, validation of data, administrative duties, supporting the wider Compliance, Data & Funding Team all whilst gaining an understanding of the Department of Work and Pensions funding rules and apprenticeships. The successful candidate will hold high ethical and professional standards and be a highly energetic, confident individual with excellent communication skills and a 'can do' attitude to meet the daily challenges of this busy and demanding role.

It is anticipated that a hybrid working pattern can be adopted for this role, where the successful candidate can work from home and the office. However, as this role is contractually aligned to our Milton Keynes office it is expected that some attendance in the office will be required when necessary and in response to business needs. We'd expect this to be a minimum of once per week.
