Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment to keep the workplace running smoothly.
  • Answer direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Organise and schedule appointments, set up meetings, and coordinate group travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and coordinate office correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
  • Maintain office filing systems (both electronic and paper-based) for easy access and organisation.
  • Support with general administrative tasks as required, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Keep the office environment clean, organised, and well-maintained.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and updating personnel records.
  • Help plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed including diary management
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that shine in any interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to get the job done efficiently.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
