We're looking for a Customer Accounts Senior Administrator to play a key role within our UK Customer Accounts function. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior operational role, where your expertise, initiative, and customer focused mindset will make a real impact.
About the Role As a Customer Accounts Senior Administrator, you'll provide excellent customer service, guidance, and support to both internal and external customers, while ensuring transactional accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across the function. You'll take ownership of non standard requests and escalations, support automation and efficiency initiatives, and act as a point of reference and mentor for administrators across the team.
