As part of our Global Mobility function, you'll help deliver a seamless experience for employees undertaking international assignments and permanent transfers, ensuring they receive the support they need throughout their mobility journey. Your work will directly contribute to the success of a global organisation operating across defence, aerospace and engineering, while offering you excellent exposure to international HR processes, stakeholder engagement and career development opportunities.
The roleAs Global Mobility Coordinator, you'll provide operational and administrative support for Babcock's global mobility programme. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and mobility specialists to coordinate international assignments, maintain accurate records and support a positive employee experience. This is a varied and rewarding role where attention to detail, organisation and customer service are key to success.

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Occasional travel may be required.

Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
