Location: Remote role but travel required where needed
Salary up to £55,000 per annum plus £4,000 company car allowance
Contract: Full time - 2-year fixed term contracts, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
MearsHousing Managementis looking for a Business Analyst tohelp deliverthe Property Management Platform (PMP), a transformation programmefor the Asylum Accommodation & Support Services Contract (AASC).Thisis a great opportunity to turn operational insight into clear requirements that shape system design, testing and successful transition into BAU.
PMP is being introduced to provide a single, more reliable way to manage property, occupancy and operational information across AASC. It will improve data quality, strengthen reporting and support more consistent ways of working across teams.
You will be the link between operational and project teams, helping to understand what colleagues need, translate that into practical requirements and keep delivery focused on outcomes that work in the real world.
