Based in Manchester, this permanent full-time role gives you the chance to shape fan-facing digital experiences that are clear, accessible and beautifully designed. You will play a key part in turning product goals into development-ready UX and UI solutions that support the Club's digital journey and make it easier for fans to engage with us.

The RoleAs UX/UI Designer within Fan Technology Solutions, you will shape the digital experiences that supporters use across Manchester City's fan-facing products and services. You will turn product goals into clear, development-ready design solutions that are engaging, accessible and consistent.
Working closely with product managers, developers, researchers and other designers, you will create user flows, prototypes and detailed design documentation that help teams move from early ideas to polished delivery. You will use fan feedback, performance insight and design thinking to refine journeys and improve the overall digital experience.
You will also help develop and maintain shared design patterns and contribute to a strong design system that supports current and future products. In doing so, you will build trusted relationships across the business and help champion thoughtful, fan-centred design.
