Remote Business Analyst - Transformation & Requirements Lead

Mears Housing Management is seeking a Business Analyst to help deliver the Property Management Platform (PMP) as part of a transformation programme for the AASC. The role links operational and project teams, translating needs into practical requirements and ensuring delivery remains outcome-focused.

You will work on requirements, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria, supporting testing and transition into BAU while maintaining clear, auditable documentation.
