Based in Manchester, this full time permanent role plays a key part in growing Manchester City's seasonal hospitality revenue through proactive sales activity and relationship building. You will develop opportunities across inbound and outbound channels, work with a domestic and international client base, and help turn interest into bookings that deliver an outstanding matchday experience.

The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will play a key part in growing Manchester City's seasonal hospitality revenue by identifying, developing and converting opportunities across inbound and outbound sales channels. The role is centred on building a healthy pipeline, nurturing relationships and turning interest into bookings that support the Club's commercial goals.
You will manage day to day sales activity with care and consistency, from prospecting, networking and lead generation through to accurate pipeline management and reporting. You will also host prospects on matchdays, support face to face meetings and bring a professional, informed approach to every customer interaction.
Success in the role will come from combining commercial instinct with strong organisation and consistent follow through. You will work closely with colleagues across Hospitality and wider commercial teams to shape ideas, test new approaches and help deliver a high quality experience for domestic and international clients.
