This role will focus on supporting, upgrading, administering, and enhancing SharePoint environments across on-premises and Microsoft 365 platforms while ensuring platform performance, security, and reliability.
What you will do:
- Act as the 3rd line escalation point for complex SharePoint incidents and technical issues.
- Lead SharePoint Server 2019 to SharePoint Subscription Edition upgrade initiatives.
- Administer and support SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, security, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced SharePoint infrastructure and application issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 collaboration services including SharePoint Online.
- Contribute to platform improvements and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to maintain stable and secure collaboration environments.
