As such, we are looking for exceptional Agile Business Analyst to join our growing team.As an Agile Business Analyst, who specialises in digital delivery,you will work as part of a team to deliver complex technology-enabled change initiatives using Agile methodologies. By playing a crucial role infacilitatingeffective communication between technical and business teams, you will be at the heart of delivering meaningfuldigitalchange for our clients by applying Agile methodologies.

• Grow and develop professionally through support networks and participation in a wide variety of training, such as BCS BA,SAFe, and AWS
• Support social value and I&D initiatives throughout the year with reserved time to contributeacross the firm
• Take opportunities to become involved at all stages in the sales lifecycle andseekto expand offerings to clients

Please be aware that some of our UK roles at PA Consulting require a UK security clearance.

All PA people are required to undergo background checks and to achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard however, some UK roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, where applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK.

We therefore ask that you only apply if you meet the residency requirements (i.e. you are a British citizen or have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years), as this is the prerequisite for a security clearance. You must have:

• At least 2 years' experience working as a Business Analyst within adigitaldelivery team
• At least 2 years' relevant consulting experience or equivalent
• Experience ofeliciting, refining, and prioritising requirementsfor digital teams
• Experience of Agile requirements management including EPICS, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience of developingUser Journeys,Use Casesand Process Maps

You will also have some of the following:

• Able to use Agile / product backlog tools such as JIRA, Azure, or similar
• Experience of operating as a Business Analyst throughout thedigitaldelivery lifecycle e.g. Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live
• Experience of developing Definition of Ready (DoRs),Definition of Done (DoDs), and writing and quality assuring Acceptance Criteria
• An ability tofacilitatecontinuous improvement of Agile ways of working through retrospectives
• A thorough understanding of different delivery modelsfrom waterfall,to iterative, to continuous delivery within high-profile deliveries
• An understanding of Agile scaling frameworks includingSAFe,LeSS,
