- Shape the Future of Finance Systems: Play a key role in finance transformation initiatives that improve reporting, controls and decision making across the Group.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Help deliver automation, system enhancements and process improvements that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
- Turn Data into Insight: Develop reporting dashboards and management information that support smarter business decisions and enhance financial performance.
- Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with Finance Operations, Payroll, Reporting and Business Partnering teams to improve end to end processes and system effectiveness.
- Support and Empower Users: Become a trusted point of contact for finance system users, providing guidance, troubleshooting support and training.
- Make a Real Impact: Ensure the integrity of financial data, strengthen financial controls and help build finance systems that support the continued growth of Supporting Education Group.
About you
- Experience working with ERP and finance systems across small and large environments.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and reporting tools.
- Experience working in a multi entity environment.
- Strong systems and data analysis capability.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

What we Offer
- Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we'd expect you to regularly be in our London head office, one of our branch locations or client sites to connect with our teams or customers in person, at least three days per week.
