Monzo is seeking a Credit Model Validation Manager to join our London-based team or work remotely within the UK. You will lead independent validation of credit decisioning models across lending strategies, including ML and NPV models, ensuring governance, explainability and risk controls.
You will monitor model performance, challenge developers, and help embed our model risk framework across the organisation, while exploring AI tools to strengthen validation approaches.
