As a Scrum Master with SAFe skills, you will work on multiple projects at any one time and will matrix manage from multiple product line teams. Working alongside other Scrum Masters, this role includes planning, monitoring, control, reporting, and excellent communication to achieve enterprise software development and successful implementations within time and budget. You will retain ownership of risks and issues, hold project review meetings with each customer, and implement change control whenever appropriate. You will engage project teams in Agile, re educate, and get the teams on board with SAFe.

• Client-facing Scrum Master experience
• Experience introducing Agile/Scrum to a company
• Experience with SAFe
• Software development & implementation projects in an Agile environment
• Structured PM process such as Prince II, PMP (certifications not required)
• ERP / Enterprise software knowledge

Base salary up to £50,000 with benefits including Flexi working, Pension, Health, Training, Bonus and more.
