We are a UK success story with an impressive blue chip customer base spanning over three decades. We are looking for a Business Analyst with external customer delivery experience and a minimum of three years' competency. The role involves working on the development and delivery of digital based services for clients across the UK.

The successful candidate will:

• Build key relationships between business functions and ensure technical requirements are identified and met.
• Deliver activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis, specification, user acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.
• Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, perform functional analysis and design.
• Manage stakeholders and externally face clients, addressing client expectations.
• Challenge project assumptions confidently.

Essential:

• External customer experience.
• Experience in software delivery / digital / print projects.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Requirements gathering and gap analysis abilities.
• Functional analysis and design skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.

Desirable:

• Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Flexi working capability.

Salary and benefits: up to - + 25 days holiday. The role is based in East Midlands and is easily commutable from Leicester, Derby, and Nottingham. Accessible by public transport, free parking and close to amenities, shopping, restaurants and pubs.
