We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Front End Developer with strong skills in JavaScript, modern frameworks, and UI design. The role involves driving front end projects, mentoring junior developers, and shaping the UI strategy of our growing software house.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of responsive, high performance web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React.js.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver user centric solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, reviewing code and setting best practice standards.
- Stay current with emerging front end technologies and propose improvements.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years commercial experience in front end development at senior or lead level.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and familiar with Angular or Vue.
- Experience with version control (Git) and modern build tools.
