IT Hardware Administrator
Location: Liverpool
Contract Type: 3-Month Fixed Term Contract, Full-Time
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (Depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 per week
Responsibilities
- Support the IT Asset Management function by ensuring company hardware and assets are accurately tracked, recovered, and managed throughout their lifecycle.
- Coordinate asset retrieval activities and maintain high-quality asset records.
- Manage asset retrieval activities and work through collection lists.
- Contact employees and stakeholders to arrange the return of IT equipment and company assets.
- Create and maintain collection transactions within asset management systems.
- Monitor outstanding retrieval requests and proactively follow up to ensure completion.
- Update and maintain accurate asset records, including location and status changes.
- Support the wider IT Asset Management team with administrative and reporting activities.
What We're Looking For
- Experience within IT hardware, service management, asset management, or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling records and transactions.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
