Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day to day operation of Acuigen's IT systems, networks and business applications
  • Assist with configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting computers, servers and associated technology
  • Provide first line technical support to colleagues and clients
  • Help administer user accounts, permissions and access controls
  • Assist with software testing, validation and quality assurance activities
  • Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the CustomServe platform
  • Assist with website updates and content management
  • Help maintain information security controls, processes and documentation
  • Support IT asset management, software audits and compliance activities
  • Assist with technology projects, process improvements and AI testing initiatives
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure high standards of service, quality and security
  • Contribute positively to the continuous improvement of systems, processes and business operations
