The Opportunity

The role of Security Manager is highly respected and will form an integral part of the site's leadership team, responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across this prestigious corporate site. This is a visible and influential position that requires a proactive leader capable of delivering outstanding security services while fostering strong working relationships with the client, colleagues, and external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the day to day security operation across the client site
  • Leading, mentoring and developing the onsite security team, ensuring professional standards and compliance requirements are met
  • Conducting regular audits, inspections and risk assessments
  • Managing access control systems, CCTV operations and security technologies
  • Developing and implementing site security procedures
  • Liaising closely with the client, contractors and key stakeholders
  • Managing staff rotas, attendance, performance reviews and training requirements
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies, site instructions and relevant legislation

Full in house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Valid SIA Licence
  • Previous experience in a Security Supervisor, Security Manager or similar leadership role
  • Right to work in the UK and a five year checkable history
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
  • Knowledge of the MS packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
  • Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
