Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise SQL Server databases
- Design and implement backup and recovery strategies
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years experience as DBA with SQL Server/MySQL
- Strong knowledge of database design and normalisation
- Experience with PowerShell, Python or Bash scripting
- Understanding of HIPAA/data protection regulations
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
