This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape and mature a critical function that underpins business performance, cost control, and compliance.About the roleAs IT Asset and Licence Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of IT assets , including hardware, software, cloud services, and supplier contracts. You will ensure that all assets are controlled, compliant, and fully optimised, while providing key insights that influence strategic decisions.Key responsibilitiesLead end-to-end asset and licence management processesMaintain accurate records across CMDB, contracts, and asset repositoriesConduct audits, reconciliations, and compliance assurance activitiesManage supplier relationships and procurement processesDeliver data-driven reporting on cost optimisation, utilisation, and lifecycle planningIdentify and remediate risks, gaps, and inefficienciesEstablish and improve governance frameworks, standards, and controlsAbout youYou bring:Proven experience in IT asset management, licence management, or similarStrong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and asset management toolsA solid understanding of licensing, contracts, and compliance requirementsExcellent analytical, organisational, and communication skillsThe ability to influence stakeholders and drive process adherenceA commercially aware mindset balancing cost, risk, and service outcomesAdditional requirementsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel to Group sites as requiredLocation: Leeds or DoncasterOur BenefitsEntitled to 25 days holidayHoliday purchase schemeLife Assurance x3 of annual salaryPension contribution matched up to 8%Save as you earn Genuit Sharesave schemeHere at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group's success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool.
