Responsibilities
- Support a client-focused approach by contributing to quality outcomes across delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand testing scope, requirements, and expectations.
- Communicate test progress and findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the creation of Test Plans and supporting test artefacts.
- Write and execute test cases aligned to defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Perform testing across web and mobile environments using appropriate tools.
- Work to agreed deadlines, managing time effectively across assigned tasks.
- Support validation of solutions against requirements, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done.
- Identify, document, and report defects with clear supporting evidence.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and contribute to problem solving activities.
- Provide objective feedback to support improvements in product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM-related role
- Confident at programming in at least one Object-Oriented language
- Problem solving skills
- Time management and strong focus on delivery
- Team player and great collaborator, also self-motivated and able to work independently
Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in Test Planning, Test Case Development, and Defect Management while effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
