Job Description

Role Overview

As an Associate Functional Analyst (Supply Chain), you will leverage your expertise in SAP S4HANA to deliver scalable supply chain solutions, gathering business requirements, resolving system issues, and supporting projects, enhancements, and operational requests. You will also collaborate with cross functional teams to drive process improvements and create measurable business value for Shell.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for all functional delivery work, including requirement gathering, providing system solutions for requirements/issues, and delivering solutions within time and right quality for the process areas mentioned, under the guidance of a senior analyst.
  • Responsible for timely delivery of project requirements, working with lead analysts and scrum masters.
  • Deliver change requests, data requests, incidents and requests as per business needs.
  • Provide SAP functional knowledge and technical support for projects and enhancements independently.
  • Collaborate with process experts, product owners, service management team and project organizations to ensure collaboration and add value to Shell's business success.
  • Report regularly to project governance and competency centre lead.
  • Maintain learner's mindset and one team spirit to bring the best out of everyone for Shell's benefit.
  • Communicate and present effectively with team members and the broader Shell family.
Qualifications
  • Hands on experience as an SAP Functional Analyst using either S4HANA Procurement or SAPMM.
  • Experience with project implementation in supply chain & logistics processes.
  • Experience implementing SAP Field Logistics for S4HANA.
  • Good knowledge of the Procure to Pay process end to end.
  • Experience setting up and working with system configurations in S4Sourcing and procurement areas.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into system solutions.
  • Basic ABAP knowledge and coding principles with error debugging skills.
