Key Responsibilities
- Produce product feasibilities, high level requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Provide advice and guidance to development teams during the development of solutions.
- Participate in the review of solutions throughout their development to ensure fitness for purpose.
- Utilise and involve other members of the department and company to foster the sharing of knowledge and ideas.
- Contribute to the marketing function; in particular, promote new features and benefits for use in the development of portfolios and communications.
- Produce product documentation, including User Guides and Impact Analysis information.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business / Data Analyst.
- Experience working on analytics projects involving KPIs and statistics across the business.
- Ability to identify trends from data and use information to optimise business processes.
- Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools is an advantage.
