Overview
Quadient Parcel Lockers Division is building a new team dedicated to finding and securing host locations for parcel lockers across the UK.
This national role requires regular travel (minimum 3 days per week) and a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Search for potential parcel locker locations and build strategic relationships with large organisations that own suitable sites (the "Hosts").
- Identify and evaluate a variety of host types, including:
- Large retail store chains (100+ stores)
- Business parks and property management companies
- Car park operators and other private sector businesses
- Public sector entities such as City or Metropolitan Councils, national transport authorities, railway operators, etc.
- Assess potential sites for suitability: footfall, access, parking, connectivity (internet and power), security and safety.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with Host organisations, presenting contracts and setting compensation (per parcel or rental) and securing necessary planning permissions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the host's property management team, ensuring readiness for installation.
- Coordinate onboarding with Quadient Onboarding and installation teams to ensure a smooth, well communicated installation.
- Manage the post onboarding relationship, proactively contacting hosts to confirm proper operation and support ongoing needs.
- Analyse usage dashboard data, prepare regular reports, and communicate results to Host management and Quadient senior leadership.
- Maintain comprehensive records and actions in Salesforce CRM.
- Coordinate with internal Quadient departments to streamline processes and implement improvements for the Location Finder role.
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction, generate new leads, and collaborate with the Business Development Manager on revenue creating opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the success of Parcel Pending by Quadient.
Qualifications
- Positive, self starting, and creative mindset.
- Highly tech savvy, with strong understanding of eCommerce and parcel delivery challenges.
- Experience in the parcels or retail industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel nationally and work independently.
