Position Description:

Within a budgetary framework and with full accountability, takes responsibility at a senior level for overseeing all aspects of the company's IT operations and systems at each site, in line with the needs of the business and Group directive.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for ensuring the relevance and continuity of day-to-day IT operations.
  • Overseeing Incidents and Requests through a centralised management system to agreed SLA's.
  • Business partner/supplier management
  • Support and maintain manufacturing and operational systems.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to define business needs and objectives.
  • Solution research and implementation as per business requirements
  • User training and development to enhance working practises and security.
  • Development of the IT team's standard working procedures and best practises
  • Management of the IT team through regular 1:1's, support, and coaching
  • Personal and professional development
  • Development and validation of backup/disaster recovery systems and procedures
  • Identification and mitigation of threats to IT systems
  • Penetration testing
  • Adhere to group policy
  • Point of contact for GDPR
  • Point of contact for CCTV
  • Assigned data controller.
  • Ensure auditing and compliance to all IT policies and procedure in line with company and group directive.
  • Key stakeholder for the continued development of the SAP system
  • Responsibility for security, enhancement, and data integrity of the SAP system.
Position:

Full Time with an immediate start

Hours of work:

Mon- Thursday 9.00am -17.00pm, Friday 8.00am - 2.00pm

Holidays: Full time -

25 days per year (Holiday year Jan - Dec) + 8 Bank holidays, Pro rata for part time.

3 times basic salary whilst in employment

Pension Scheme:

Automatic enrolment if meet criteria, 5% Employee, 3% Employer. After 1 year in April - Age related up to max 6.5%.
