Air Conditioning Supervisor - Foot Mobile

Air Conditioning Working Supervisor - Westminster. Salary £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.

• Oversee engineers and perform hands on servicing and repairs of air conditioning systems across two sites.
• Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring high first fix rates on an ageing HVAC infrastructure.
• Manage KPI's, oversee health and safety compliance, and provide technical assistance to other engineers.

• 10+ years of experience servicing and repairing air conditioning systems.
• NVQ Level2 or equivalent in air conditioning and F gas certification.
• Experience managing a team of engineers in a supervisory role.
• Proficient with older HVAC systems and able to work independently.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks and additional security checks as required.
• Ability to travel to the Westminster sites.

• Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.
• No out of hours call out rota - foot mobile role.
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
