Business Development Manager - Microsoft CSP
Based in the North of England, you will spearhead strategic growth and innovation while building trusted partnerships for TD SYNNEX. You will translate vendor growth plans into tangible market impact and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business opportunities.
Job Overview
Drive profitable market share through aligned execution and vendor engagement. Lead negotiations on key tenders and large deals, identify and onboard new partners, and own quarterly vendor business planning and execution. Support sales teams with insights and enablement, positioning TD SYNNEX as the trusted advisor in every customer interaction. Maintain CRM excellence to ensure continuity and visibility across all customer conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and hunt for new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline and driving new customer acquisition.
- Lead negotiations on key tenders and large deals with deep product knowledge.
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand the Microsoft CSP portfolio.
- Own quarterly vendor business planning and execution.
- Support sales teams with insights, enablement, and strategic guidance.
- Position TD SYNNEX as the "Trusted Advisor" in every customer interaction.
- Maintain CRM excellence to ensure continuity and visibility across all customer conversations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Customer first mentality with a proven track record owning and developing partner accounts.
- Tech experience is desirable but curiosity and adaptability are equally important.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
