You will bridge Global Service, Group Technical and Training to drive first-time fix performance and high quality support across Peak, Noblegen Cryogenics and Peak Gas Generation products. You will translate field insights into practical learning requirements, guide escalations, and support service readiness for new product introductions and engineering changes, collaborating with
