LYON INC is an early stage UK registered technology startup building a next generation digital management platform that integrates:

• Social Media Management
• Automation Tools
• AI Driven Analytics
• Website & Brand Integration

We are currently in active prototype development and preparing for structured fundraising.

This is NOT a traditional salaried job.

We are looking for committed builders who want to join at the foundation level and grow with the company.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking:

• Mobile Engineers (Flutter / Native iOS / Android)
• Backend / API Engineers
• Frontend Dashboard Engineers
• Cybersecurity / DevSecOps Specialists

You should:

• Be comfortable working in an early stage environment
• Take ownership of features and architecture decisions
• Be proactive and self directed
• Be genuinely interested in building a scalable SaaS platform

Startup experience is a plus, but strong technical ownership mindset is essential.

At this stage, compensation is equity based.

We are structuring founding technical roles with equity participation depending on:

• Level of contribution
• Weekly time commitment
• Technical ownership
• Long term dedication

As we move toward funding and revenue generation, compensation structure will evolve accordingly.
