Head of Digital Product & AI Transformation

RAC is seeking a Head of Digital Product to shape the Vehicle Off Road Case Management platform, driving a strategic product vision and cross-functional delivery. You will lead a team spanning product, engineering and design, aligning stakeholders and accelerating value through automation and AI initiatives.

The role reports to the Director of Digital Breakdown and offers hybrid working with travel between Bristol and Birmingham.
