Senior Retail Product Designer - Lead End-to-End UX Hybrid

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Senior Retail Product Designer to lead the design of retail product areas and shape the customer experience. You will drive the design lifecycle from discovery through final UI in a cross-functional team including Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists and User Researchers.

You will deliver intuitive, polished experiences while balancing user needs with technical constraints, contributing to the Waitrose experience across channels and platforms.
