You will drive the design lifecycle from discovery through final UI in a cross-functional team including Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists and User Researchers. You will deliver intuitive, polished experiences while balancing user needs with technical constraints, contributing to the Waitrose experience across channels and platforms.
