beqom, Leeds-based, seeks a Resource Manager within the PMO of Professional Services to own planning, deployment, and optimisation of our PS workforce. You will steward Kantata and the data models that sit on top of it, ensuring right people on right engagements at the right time and providing leadership with real-time capacity, utilisation, and revenue insights.
You will translate the sales pipeline into a workforce plan, maintain staffing models, and turn resourcing data into trusted reporting
