The Interim Head of Facilities Management and Capital Projects will lead the strategy and governance for FM and capital projects across the Council and partner services. You will manage stakeholder relationships, prioritise work streams and navigate a political environment with external scrutiny.
Experience at senior level in a UK local authority and a proven track record in transforming FM services is essential.
