People Analytics & Insights Analyst (Hybrid)

NFU Mutual is seeking a People Data & Insights Analyst in Stratford-upon-Avon with hybrid working options (80% homeworking, 20% in Stratford-upon-Avon). The role focuses on extracting, analysing and translating HR data into insights to support workforce planning and talent management.

You will develop HR reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity across systems, and present findings to non-technical audiences, driving data driven decisions.
