People Data & Insights Analyst

Opportunity to work closely with HR and business stakeholders, ensuring that data needs are met. Your work will directly contribute to improving workforce planning, talent management, and the overall employee experience.

Hybrid 80% homeworking available and 20% in Stratford-upon-Avon.

About the role

This 12 month FTC sits within the HR division and plays a key role in shaping people decisions through data. As a People Data & Insights Analyst, you'll be responsible for extracting, analysing and translating HR data into meaningful insights that support decision making across the organisation. You'll develop and deliver scheduled and bespoke HR management information, reports, and dashboards using appropriate tools and software. The role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data across various systems through rigorous quality checks.

Collaboration with HR and business stakeholders is essential to understand data needs and deliver relevant analytics. Additionally, you'll present complex data in a clear and understandable manner to non technical audiences, support process improvements, and coordinate external data research to benchmark the organisation's position.

As the People Data and Insights Analyst, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing workforce planning, talent management, and overall employee experience through data driven evidence.

About you

You have extensive experience with relational databases and table structures, which enables you to manage and manipulate large datasets effectively. Your proficiency in creating and distributing HR management information, reports, and dashboards ensures that stakeholders receive accurate and timely insights. You excel in designing data gathering options and solutions that allow for precise measurement and analysis, supporting informed decision making. With a background in HR systems and management information analysis, you are adept at interpreting complex data and presenting it in a meaningful way.

Your skills in database manipulation, including working with data structures and complex queries, are complemented by your comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerBI, making you a valuable asset in any data driven environment. It would be beneficial to have experience of working on/supporting projects.
